July 23, 2025 - IRAN. Saman Heydari executed in Shiraz on July 23
According to information received by Hengaw, at dawn on July 23, 2025, the execution of Saman Heydari, a 40-year-old Lor from Yasuj in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, was carried out at Adelabad Central Prison in Shiraz. He had been in detention for six years following his arrest on murder charges. State media have not published any news regarding his execution.
