December 29, 2025 - IRAN. Qasem Amini executed in Sanandaj on December 29

According to information received by Hengaw, during the early hours of December 29, 2025, Qasem Amini, a Kurdish man from Sanandaj (Sine), convicted of murder, was executed at Sanandaj Central Detention Facility.

The execution has not been announced by state media.
