IRAN: PRISONER HANGED BY CRANE IN PUBLIC

The hanging was carried out in West Azerbaijan

13 November 2015 :

A prisoner identified as "A.S." was hanged by crane in public on rape charges. The hanging was reportedly carried out in Khoy, West Azerbaijan. The news of the hanging, including the photos, were published by Azarnegah, an official Iranian state-run news website.
