IRAN: ONE PRISONER HANGED IN ISFAHAN

15 June 2012 :

One prisoner was hanged in the prison of Isfahan (central Iran) early this morning.
Quoting the Isfahan prosecutor office, the Iranian news agency ISNA reported that a prisoner identified as "Jomeh R." was hanged early this morning convicted of keeping 9 kilograms and 950 gram morphine.
Iran Human Rights can not confirm the above mentioned charges.
