December 27, 2025 - IRAN. Mostafa Mehrjou and Ahmad Ali Saffari executed on December 27
Information received from Hrana indicates that, in addition to the 9 executions already reported, 2 more men were executed in the early hours of 27 December 2025.
-Mostafa Mehrjou, on charges of murder, in Ardabil Prison;
-Ahmad Ali Saffari, on charges of murder, in Aligudarz Prison.
State media have not reported the executions.
