October 5, 2025 - IRAN. Mohammad Saleh Ghahremani and Fardin Firouzi executed in Qazvin on October 5
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, two Tat men were hanged in Qazvin Central Prison on 5 October 2025. Their identities have been established as 37-year-old Mohammad Saleh Ghahremani and 43-year-old Fardin Firouzi, two co-defendants and Takestan natives. They were sentenced to death on drug-related charges.
At the time of writing, their executions have not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
