May 14, 2025 - IRAN. Mohammad Naeem Danesh executed in Isfahan on May 14

Mohammad Naeem Danesh, a 40-year-old Baloch prisoner from Iranshahr, was secretly executed in Isfahan Central Prison (Dastgerd), without being granted a final visit with his family.

According to information received by Hengaw, the execution was carried out at dawn on May 14, 2025.

Danesh, a father of one from Ahmadabad village in Iranshahr, had been arrested seven years earlier on drug-related charges.

Haalvsh News reported that Danesh’s body was released from Isfahan morgue five days after the execution. His remains were then transferred to his hometown and buried on the sixth day following his death.

No state-run or media outlets have reported his execution.
