August 17, 2025 - IRAN. Mohammad Beqlani executed in Ahvaz on August 17

According to information received by Hengaw, the execution of an Arab man, Mohammad Beqlani, was carried out at dawn on August 17, 2025, in Sepidar Prison, Ahvaz. He had been arrested nine years earlier on a charge of murder.
The execution has not been announced by state media.
