October 19, 2025 - IRAN. Mahmoud Shafiei executed in Gorgan on October 19
According to information received by Hengaw, at dawn on October 19, 2025, Mahmoud Shafiei, a 37-year-old man from Gorgan convicted of drug offenses, was executed in Gorgan Central Prison.
Iranian state media have not reported the execution.
