October 1, 2025 - IRAN. Khosro Moradlou executed in Zanjan on October 1
On October 1, 2025, Khosro Moradlou, a 27-year-old Turkish man from Zanjan and father of one, was executed in Zanjan Central Prison. He had been arrested nearly three years earlier on charges of “drug-related offences”.
The execution has not been announced by state media.
