October 1, 2025 - IRAN. Khodayar Faraji executed in Birjand on October 1
According to information received by Hengaw, at dawn on October 1, 2025, Khodayar Faraji was executed in Birjand Central Prison, South Khorasan Province. He had been sentenced to death on murder charges.
The execution of Faraji has not been reported by Iranian state media.
