January 7, 2026 - IRAN. Karim Bozorgkar and Mohammad Jolaei executed in Dezful on January 7

According to information received by Hengaw, on January 7, 2026 the executions of two Arab men from Dezful—Karim Bozorgkar (39) and Mohammad Jolaei—were carried out in Dezful Prison. Both had been arrested on charges of murder. Karim Bozorgkar had been imprisoned for approximately six years, while Mohammad Jolaei had been detained for about three years.

The executions of these men have not been officially announced by state-run media.
