Iran hanged Taqi Nouri Aloyjeh in Isfahan after he was arrested while carrying 27 kilograms (almost 60 pounds) of opium, city prosecutor Mohammad Reza Habibi said on the provincial justice department's website. Taqi “also had prior offences,” Habibi said.(Sources: Agence France Presse, 19/05/2011)
