Iran hanged four prisoners in two different cities. Two young Afghan citizens were executed in the city of Mashhad. Two other prisoners were hanged in Kermanshah. The Iranian regime's judiciary said they were hanged in the morning in the city's Dizel-abad prison.(Sources: NCRI, 22/04/2013)
