November 4, 2025 - IRAN. Farzad Kamangar executed in Qazvin on November 4.

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was hanged in Qazvin Central Prison on 4 November 2025. His identity has been established as Farzad Kamangar, a Lor man from Lorestan province.

He was arrested a few years ago a on drug-related charges.

At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
