IRAN CONFIRMS DEATH PENALTY

31 January 2011 :

the Iranian government confirmed that Dutch-Iranian woman Zahra Bahrami, 45, was sentenced to death for possessing cocaine. A spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry made an official announcement. The Dutch Foreign Ministry has confirmed this to RNW.
