June 9, 2026 - IRAN. Asadollah Bahreh executed in Mashhad on June 9

According to information received by Hengaw, Asadollah Bahreh, a 35-year-old Baloch man from Salehabad in Torbat-e Jam County, was executed in the early hours of June 9, 2026 at Mashhad Central Prison (Vakilabad Prison). He was married and had one child. Bahreh had been arrested three years earlier on charges related to drug offenses.

Iranian state media have not reported the execution at the time of publication.
