October 18, 2025 - IRAN. Alireza Khodkar executed in Rasht on October 18
On October 18, 2025, Alireza Khodkar, a Gilak prisoner from Choubar, Talesh County, was executed in Lakan Prison, Rasht, after being convicted of killing his cousin during a family dispute over inheritance.
The execution has not been announced by Iranian state media.
