According to information obtained by Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, the execution of Ali Yavari, a prisoner from Hamedan, was carried out at dawn on August 31, 2025, in Hamedan Central Prison. He had been arrested on drug-related charges.

The execution has not been reported by state media.
