According to PMOI/MEK, on May 31, 2020, the Coronavirus death toll has exceeded 48,200. The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Sunday, May 31, 2020, that the Coronavirus death toll in 323 cities across Iran has risen above 48,200. The number of victims in Khuzestan 3,665, Mazandaran 2,745, Sistan and Baluchestan 1,485, Lorestan 1,485, West Azerbaijan 1,310, Kurdistan 920, and Ilam 302.
