December 1, 2025 - IRAN. Abdollah Barahouyi (Abdollah Barahoui) and Mehrdad Aspid (Mehrdad Espid) executed in Isfahan on December 1

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, two men were hanged in Isfahan (Dastgerd) Central Prison on 1 December 2025. Their identities have been established as Abdollah Barahouyi, 39, a Baluch minority from Zahedan, and Mehrdad Aspid, 38, from Bandar Abbas. They were arrested in a joint case around six years ago and sentenced to death on drug-related charges.

At the time of writing, their executions have not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
