According to Iran-HRM, 4 men were hanged on February 17:
Mohsen Seyedi (Shiraz),
Rasul Khani (Shiraz),
Reza Bigham (Mashhad),
Unidentified man (Mashhad).

Previously, other sources, including HoC, had already reported 12 other executions on the same day.
