November 17, 2025 - IRAN. 4 men executed in Mashhad on November 17

According to Hrana, 4 prisoners were executed in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad on drug-related charges. HRANA has confirmed the identities of two of them as Shamseddin (surname unknown), an Afghan national, and Alimardan Barani.
As of the time of this report, authorities have not publicly announced these executions.
