September 21, 2025 - IRAN. 3 men executed in Kermanshah on September 21.

Saeed Ghobadi, Kazem Jamashourani and Hadi Nowruzi

According to reports obtained by Hengaw, 3 executions were carried out at dawn on September 21, 2025, in Dizelabad Prison, Kermanshah. Hengaw identified them as Saeed Ghobadi, Kazem Jamashourani and Hadi Nowruzi. They were all Kurdish. Ghobadi was from Sarpol-e Zahab, while Jamashourani, 27, and Nowruzi were from Kermanshah.
Sources said Nowruzi had been convicted of murder, Ghobadi was arrested seven years ago for killing his wife, and Jamashourani was detained a year and four months ago on charges of murdering his cousin.
State media have not reported the executions.
