October 13, 2025 - IRAN. 1 woman 3 men executed in Isfahan on October 13

Further information on the four executions in Isfahan on 13 October. Previously, HoC published several reports, from different sources but all incomplete, on the executions that took place in Isfahan on 13 October. The sources indicated 2, or 4, or 5. On 21 October, IHR published an update stating that there were 4 executions: 1 woman, Zeinab Khodabandeh, and 3 men, Peyman Alizadeh, Massoud Mansouri, and Sobhan Safinejad.

According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, three men and a woman were hanged in Isfahan (Dastgerd) Central Prison on 13 October 2025. Their identities have been established as Zeinab Khodabandeh, co-defendants Peyman Alizadeh and Massoud Mansouri from Khomeini Shahr and Sobhan Safinejad from Isfahan.

Peyman and Massoud were arrested around four years ago, Sobhan was arrested three years ago. All prisoners were sentenced to death on drug-related charges.

At the time of writing, their executions have not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
