an Indian who was sentenced to death by the UAE Supreme Court for murdering a girl has been pardoned by the victim's parents. An appeal court in Sharjah sentenced A.V, an Indian, to death for stabbing K.Gh. after raping her. The man's sentence has been reduced to three years since he has already spent seven years in jail, he will be deported after being given 40 more lashes for committing adultery.
