INDIAN ARMY TROOPER GETS DEATH PENALTY

09 July 2007 :

in occupied Kashmir, India, an Army Summary Court Martial sentenced a soldier, Naik Ravi Kumar, to death for shooting Rashtriya Rifles, his Company Commander, in Rajouri district in September last year. Kumar was convicted by the court martial last week. Kumar shot Rifles with his AK assault rifle after an argument.
