INDIA: TWO GET CAPITAL PUNISHMENT IN BIHAR

13 June 2007 :

a local court in Aurangabad, India, awarded the death sentence to two people and life imprisonment to two others in connection with the abduction and killing of a six year old boy. District and Sessions Judge M.P. Singh held Manoj Kumar and Yogendra Singh of the Barun village guilty of killing the boy on December 30, 2005, and awarded capital punishment to them. Tej Pratap's body was recovered from a well near Barun village in Aurangabad district.
