INDIA. TWO BROTHERS SENTENCED TO DEATH IN BIHAR

09 July 2005 :

two brothers were sentenced to death by a local court in Buxar, India, in connection with the killing of their three brothers in Bihar's Buxar district.
First Additional District and Sessions judge Omprakash Singh found Awadh Bihari Rai and Ishwar Chandra Rai guilty of killing their three brothers Bacha Ji Rai, Shivaji Rai and Ramashankar Rai at their native Uttampur village in the district on July 11, 2001. The motive for the crime was not known.
