Additional district sessions judge D. Krishna Raja awarded capital punishment to Loganathan, 44, Sankar, 25, and Abdul Rehman, 32, for murdering silver merchant Mohan Rao, 50, his wife Sheela, 37, and son Prabhu, 13. They also stole jewels, cash and valuables from their home at Sevvapet in the November 2005 incident.(Sources: The Hindu, 15/04/2007)
