the fast track court of Hazaribag awarded the death sentence to Mahavir Razak and life imprisonment to three others for human sacrifice. Judge Ramendra Nath Roy heard Razak, who was suffering from a serious disease, approached a tantrik who assured him that a human sacrifice would cure him. Mahavir and his accomplices kidnapped a boy, Munna Kumar, slit his neck, stuffed his body in a gunny bag and threw it into the Nalkar river.
