a fast track court in Surat, India, sentenced Baghvan Behra to be hanged till death for the murder of his sister-in-law, his neighbour and his nephew on September 10, 2002 in Tulsinagar, Surat city.It was alleged that Behra torched his sister-in-law Sashi Behra and her paramour Mauribhai after being enraged on knowing about their affair, while Behra's nephew, Rohit succumbed to severe burn injuries sustained when he attempted to save his mother.
