in India, Judge Narottam Kaushal awarded capital punishment to Rajesh Kumar, 43, for killing the sons of his brother-in-law after being refused a loan by their father. The murder took place at the boys’ house in Rajouri Garden on July 28, 2003. Kumar killed nine month old Harshit by hitting him on the floor, and four and a half year-old Anshul by slitting his throat with a piece of broken glass.(Sources: Times of India, 25/03/2007)
