the Kerala High Court confirmed the death sentences handed down by to five people for December 31, 1999 murder of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (Indian Popular Youth Front ) State vice-president, K. T. Jayakrishnan.On August 27, 2003 the Additional District Sessions Court (Fast Track) Judge, K. K. Chandradas, had served a death sentence on Acharambath Pradeepan (28), Kunhipunathil Sundaran (36), Nallaveettil Shaji (26), Parambath Chathampally Dinesh Babu (25) and K. K. Anil Kumar (24).
