the Indian Supreme Court sentenced a Haryana-based couple to death for murdering seven members of a family over a property dispute. The court awarded the death sentence after setting aside a Punjab and Haryana High Court order which had imposed life sentence upon the accused.(Sources: The Hindu, 15/02/2007)
