the death sentence of Chandrabhushan Upadhyay, for killing railway top official B.R. Seth and three of his family members, came as a surprise to the police. This is said to be the first -ever such verdict in the 25-year-long history of Ranga Reddy district courts. The brutal manner in which the `trusted' peon Upadhyay slit the throats of Rishab, 7, Kannika, 11, and Prabha, 50, and shot dead B.R.
