Dileswar Barik was sentenced to death by a Sessions court in Sundergarh, India, for killing six people in 2003. Barik, 25, had killed three men and three women with a sharp weapon in January 2003 because he suspected they were practising witchcraft, police said.(Sources: Hindustan Times, 29/07/2004)
