Wu Zhiqiao was executed in eastern China for illegally making and selling firearms. He was sentenced to death by the Intermediate People's Court April 22, 2009.The Supreme People's Court upheld the verdict, China Daily reported on its website.
Wu, from Guizhou province, was arrested in November 2007 for selling more than 50 guns and 200 bullets.
