Judge Kazi Shahina Nigar of the Bogra Additional District and Sessions Court-3 in Bangladesh sentenced Shahadat Hossain, 55, and his brother Abdul Khaleq, 50, both from Induil village in Adamdighi upazila, to death. They allegedly hacked co-villager Sadek Ali to death on his paddy field on May 21, 2000 over a land dispute.(Sources: United News of Bangladesh Limited, 01/02/2010)
