Judge Kazi Shahina Nigar of the Bogra First Additional Sessions Court in Bangladesh sentenced Joynal, 50, to death for killing neighbour Khoka Miah with a sharp weapon. The two had a dispute over the harvesting of a paddy at Pathanpara village under Sonatola upazila on November 14, 1993.(Sources: Plus News Pakistan, 10/02/2010)
