in Natore, Bangladesh, additional district and session judge Dilip Kumar Devnath sentenced Sailash Kumar Kalu, of Natore, to death in absentia for killing his business partner Humayun Rabbani Talukder Swadhin on September 23, 2001, in Tebaria.
