We received the following report from Maryam Pezeshki, an Iranian artist and a friend of Hands off Cain:
"Over the past two weeks, several people with Swedish-Iranian citizenship have been taken hostage by the Ministry of Intelligence of the Islamic Republic, whose identities have not yet been revealed. One of the hostages is Shahin Mahmoudi. Her family has not yet received any information about the reasons for her arrest, possible charges or her state of health. She was arrested last week while travelling from Sweden to her home country Iran on charges of espionage. The Norwegian government has also strongly advised its citizens against travelling to Iran".
