According to information Hengaw obtained on October 27, the number of prisoners executed in Lakan Prison in Rasht on October 25 has risen to four following the identification of two individuals, Siamak Khadem, a Gilak man from Lahijan, and Hamed Hanifeh, a Turk man from Abyek in Qazvin Province
Both had been arrested seven years earlier in a joint case on drug charges.
Hengaw had previously reported the execution of two other prisoners, Amir Nazari and Meysam Bagheri, on the same day in the same facility.
The executions have not been reported by state media.
