In upholding the death sentence, the Supreme Court ruled that the defendant’s acts, which took place in a shopping mall, was outrageous and unbecoming of a school director who should be of good character and a model citizen.
The robbery took place on January 9, 2020 in Lop Buri, when the lone gunman, Prasitchai Khaokaew, director of a primary school in Sing Buri, robbed the Aurora gold shop.
