(31/03/2023) - La Commissione Giustizia della Camera ha approvato 14-7 il ddl HB 555 che consentirebbe di emettere condanne a morte con 8 (su 12) voti della giuria. La legge è già stata approvata ieri (vedi NtC) dal Senato, dove si chiama SB 450.
