On the morning of Wednesday, November 6, 2024, Hamed Darvishi, 40, resident of Borujerd, was hanged in Khorramabad Prison. Darvishi had been arrested three years ago on drug-related charges.
At the time of this report, prison officials and other relevant authorities have yet to officially confirm this execution.
