MALAYSIA: LIBERIAN'S DEATH SENTENCE FOR DRUG TRAFFICKING UPHELD
May 5, 2010: Justices Datuk Hashim Yusoff, Datuk Wira Mohd Ghazali Mohd Yusoff and Datuk Seri Raus Md Sharif of the Federal Court in Putrakaya, Malaysia, upheld the death sentence of Liberian businessman Nobies Weah Ezike, 41, for trafficking in 412.8 grams of heroin in Petaling Jaya on March 9, 1996.
He was sentenced by the Shah Alam High Court on August 16, 2005.
