Khorasan Daily reported that on Tuesday, December 10, an Afghan national was hanged at the prison of Vakilabad, in Mashhad city. Naeim was sentenced to death for murdering a man during a street fight.

Khorasan Daily reported that on Tuesday, December 10, an Afghan national was hanged at the prison of Vakilabad, in Mashhad city. Naeim was sentenced to death for murdering a man during a street fight.
Former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has demanded in a legal communication to Bangladeshi authorities that the death sentence given to her by a tribunal last year be set aside as “legally void”, and that any further proceedings against her be conducted in compliance with international fair trial standards.
