February 18, 2024 - IRAN. Ashraf Akramullah executed in Isfahan on February 18
According to reports received by Hengaw, in the early hours of Sunday, February 18th, 2024, the death sentence of Ashraf Karimullah, a 36-year-old Afghan citizen from Jalalabad, was carried out in Isfahan Central Prison (Dastgerd).
Karimullah had been sentenced to death for murder in a mass brawl. Ashraf Karimullah's father was also executed 14 years ago in the same prison on charges of drug trafficking.
As of the time of this report, the execution of Ashraf Karimullah has not been announced in government-controlled media
