VOTE ON A MORATORIUM ON THE USE OF THE DEATH PENALTY 2010

The Resolution on a moratorium on the use of the death penalty was adopted, on December 21, 2010, by a recorded vote of 108 in favour to 41 against, with 36 abstentions, as follows:
